>> BADMINTON TRAINING

Aaron and Ashton have developed the training system that will be applied at the Academy. It is a system that is regularly updated because the game of badminton is constantly evolving, hence, training methods evolved too, especially in the aspects of physical and mental. Therefore, we are seeing faster, stronger, more agile and physically fitter players in the matches we watch. With the game of badminton is progressively getting faster, this means that players have to be prepared to make decisions in a shorter time.

During the trainings, coaches will decide the amount of time to be dedicated to the technical, strategical, physical and mental aspects of the game. Trainings will be carried out with a clear objective, allowing the students to better understand the what is expected from them.
